Inox Wind Incorporates Four Subsidiaries to Develop Wind Farms

Inox Wind has incorporated four wholly-owned subsidiaries to expand its capabilities to develop wind farms across the nation. The subsidiaries have been established as special purpose vehicle (SPV) companies to develop wind farms in various parts of India.

 

The entities are namely, Junachay Wind Energy, Dharvi Kalan Wind Energy, Dangri Wind Energy and Kadodiya Wind Energy. All the four companies incorporated in the country have paid up capital of Rs 1,00,000 each and will begin their business operations in the wind power segment.

 

The Noida-based company is a subsidiary of the INOX Group, and produces wind turbine generators (WTGs) and offers services such as site acquisition, construction and commissioning, long-term operations and maintenance of wind power projects.
