Prior to March 31, 1995 OPI was a wholly owned subsidiary of Occidental International Exploration and production company (OIEPC). Effective that date, OIEPC sold its entire capital stock holding in OPI to the Hashoo group of Companies. Accordingly, as of March 31, 1995 OPI became a company of the Hashoo Group.
