A 300 MW solar photovoltaic power plant, will be built by Spanish renewable energy company GA-Solar, in eastern New Mexico.
Georgia Solar parent company, Gestamp Corporation, will spend $1 billion on the project which will be completed over the next four years. A construction start date was not disclosed.
